Condition of Mrs Allen and Treatment

Mrs Allen is a 68-year-old African American whose age is a factor that exposes her to many diseases. The old comes with many challenges one of them been able to follow the doctor’s prescription correctively. Additionally, the patient has been experiencing shortness of breath for the past three. The condition is also called dyspnea which is caused by asthma, anxiety and heart failure condition. Based on the fact that Mrs Allen cannot afford most of the medications, I recommend her to be taking regular exercises mostly in the morning.
